During the hurricane season of 1725,
three notorious pirates anchored their ships at Gordon Pass for
a meeting to agree never to attack each other. As a gesture of
good faith, each pirate buried one half of their treasure in Naples,
Florida. If something were to happen to any of the three, their
treasures buried in Naples would be divided between those who remained.
Each pirate buried his treasure in many spots around the City of
Naples, and each drew a map showing the locations. Unfortunately,
several years after the meeting, all three pirates died. Only the
maps remain, and we have the maps. Stay tuned, this is going to
be good!
